The site has grown to the point where I needed to make a forum software change. I must admit that I did like the old Smf software quite a bit, especially for the price. However, I feel my needs outgrew what SMF could offer. I've now switched to vBulletin, one of the most respected forum software scripts on the planet.

A few things have changed. I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do with the “marks” system where I paid people to post. There were a few issues with it that didn't really meet the needs of the forum. I'd love to give everyone a nice chunk for posting, but I haven't quite came up with a way to give everyone a fair shot to really get something cool for posting here at recordingreview.com.

Anyway, enjoy the new forum software. If you happen to find any bugs in the forum software, please let me know. It's a brand new system and, more than likely, there will be kinks that need to be worked out.
