		<description>Wow.  Great article.  With everything that can be done now digitally and electronically, you still have to keep that human element.  I definitely have more to learn to get away from that mechanical too perfect sound to something more authentic.</description>

He goes in and analyzes the placements of beats and velocities within a bar of drumming.  It was a bit hard to follow at first but sitting down and applying some of this to my own grooves greatly improved the natural feel of my programming.
