join Announces Mastering Only

Brandon Drury —  April 20, 2009 now offers a lower cost “Mastering Only” product for musicians who record themselves at home. The new product is in response to potential customers asking for mastering without mixing.

“While I feel like most potential customers will be happier with letting objective and experienced ears mix their music, there are some who need another option,” said founder and head engineer Clay Vernon.

The new “Mastering Only” options cost $49 for 6 minutes of stereo audio and $39 for 3.5 minutes of stereo audio.

The existing “Mixing with Mastering” options are still available for $149 for 6 minutes of stereo audio and $99 for 3.5 minutes of stereo audio.

“Current WellMixed clients love that they can focus on writing and recording the best music possible and not have to worry about mixing. They will remain my top priority,” Vernon said. “But now musicians who are completely happy with their own mixing skills can have their music mastered professionally using the easiest-to-use mastering website on the internet.” is a service that provides mixing and mastering to talented musicians who record themselves but lack the skills to make those recordings sound their best.
